How I Help
I am an EMDR-trained therapist who specializes in working with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and challenges with self-esteem. Trauma can include any experience that overwhelms a person’s ability to cope. These experiences can shape how we see ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us.
I believe healing begins in a safe and supportive space where individuals can approach their life experiences with compassion and curiosity. Through a mind-body approach and the use of evidence-based practices, clients can begin to process and integrate difficult experiences in ways that support healing and growth. While we cannot change what you have been through, we can work together to lessen the impact those experiences have on your life.
I am committed to creating an environment where clients feel safe, heard, and understood. Change can be challenging, and my goal is to provide a space that fosters comfort, empowerment, and meaningful personal growth.
